Stephen has been at the forefront of Lower North Shore real estate for over 25 years.
Founding R&W Mosman/Neutral Bay in 1990; during his leadership tenure, the agency placed No.1 in the R&W network a multitude of times. Individually, he has had the distinction of winning the prestigious Ronald Pillinger Award for the network’s top producer three times.
Under his directorship, his team sold over $150 million worth of waterfront and waterfront reserve property. The latest, achieving a stellar result for 48 Arabella Street Longueville and 1 Curlew Camp Road Mosman. As well, R&W has secured over $100 million in sales to off-shore buyers, many of these located across Asia.
From a family with three generations in building and real estate, he has an innate knowledge of property from the ground up.
