9. Our Reputation

Integrity is our most important asset, and honesty at all times, is the foundation of our business. We tell our clients what we believe to be the case, not what we think they might like to hear. We are also highly respected by buyers for giving accurate property information and qualified advice. Our specialist knowledge of the market is the key to our continued success and repeat business.

We are also dedicated to local community services, sponsoring Little Athletics, school fetes and quiz nights. In the past, we've also sponsored local baseball teams, musical competitions, Mosman Youth Art Competition, the Mosman Youth Centre, the Mosman Small Business Advisory Centre, the Flying Doctor Service and Careflight.

RWM is also very conscious of environmental issues, and in particular, preservation of this beautiful area for future generations. For that reason, we donated $22,000 to launch the very first "Butts Out" campaign in Australia, right here in Mosman. It cleaned up countless cigarette butts from Balmoral Beach, Chinamans Beach and Clifton Gardens.The results were so positive, that our humble efforts helped launch a national programme, with up to 38 other councils now adopting the same campaign. Now word of the success has even spread to the US, with San Francisco, New York and Vancouver all launching their own "Butts Out" campaigns to save our world's beaches.

Letter to the Editor Mosman Daily... "the $22,000 in hard dollar financial support that RWM has contributed to this important initiative caught my eye. Rather than lumping all agents into the 'used car salesman' category, let's give this local agent some credit for this positive contribution and for giving something back to this community. Perhaps it would be a good idea if we all made decisions about who should sell our houses by asking the local agents the simple question "what tangible contribution have you made to this community in the past year?"
