There are basically four different selling strategies from which you can choose from.

Private Treaty - With a sale price up-front, Private Treaty is ideal for vendors who want a low-key sale. This also suits vendors who don't want large public open for inspections. This method of sale does, however, limit the likelihood of achieving a price above 'the expected'. Normally this is a slower method of selling because the asking price is usually at a premium, and there is no deadline for the prospective purchaser.
