Balance of history - The Mosman Rowing Club is a historical Mosman landmark and is renowned all over the world. Situated around the site of Mosman's first whaling station, "The Rowers", as it is affectionately called, has genuine local historic significance.
Friendly, family appeal - When any 'Mosmanite' talks about the place to go for a quality dinner, drink or just to catch up with good friends, 'The Rowers' is a favourite location.
Exclusivity - Positioned on Mosman Bay, set amongst some of Mosman's finest properties "The Rowers" is a world class location.
Intimacy - The lower floor "Rowers Restaurant', with its balcony opening onto the water's edge projects an intimate environment for its guests.

Making the most of the location was the easiest task. In 2002 Richardson & Wrench Mosman launched the 'First 8'. Just like the tradition of the "Eights", where 8 people row, at our auctions we only submit eight properties. This allows our Vendors to be part of a quality, rather than quantity Auction environment. This venue really assists in taking a lot of the stress out of buying and selling a home. During the auctions, we serve light refreshments. It is not uncommon (after the auction) to see clients enjoying a glass of wine and asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, all courtesy of Richardson & Wrench Mosman. How could anyone be stressed in this environment!
